From Julie

As an AFL Life Leader, you provide a valuable service…for your church, your community and ultimately for those needing education, pastoral care or ideas for how to get involved for LIFE! Anglicans for Life could not achieve our vision of every Anglican Church preaching and teaching God’s love for life and then actually providing ministry based on that love without YOU!

This section of our website is devoted to YOU…our current Life Leaders, no matter what Level of leadership you are fulfilling or how long you’ve been a Life Leader with us. We know that sometimes you may feel like a lone ranger, or become frustrated trying to locate resources that could help you in your ministry…or maybe you need some new ideas for ministry or outreach.

In the brief videos below, our President Georgette Forney offers some words of encouragement (video on the left) and describes the steps for starting an Anglicans for Life chapter (video on the right). Some of you may be interested in increasing your involvement as a Life Leader; this video will give you an idea of what it takes to become a Chapter.

Prayer For Life

PRAYER FOR LIFE Lord God, thank you for creating human life in your image. Thank you for my life and the lives of those I love. Thank you for teaching us through Scripture the value you place on life. Help me to uphold the sanctity of life in my church and community. Give me the strength to stand up to those forces
that seek to destroy the lives of those most vulnerable,
the unborn, the infirm and the elderly. Today I commit myself never to be silent, never to be passive, never to be forgetful of respecting life. I commit myself to protecting and defending the sacredness of life
according to Your will, through Christ our Lord.
Amen.   Anglicans for Life 405 Frederick Avenue Sewickley, PA  15143
