Rape and Abortion

"Rape" is defined as forced sexual intercourse in which the victim may be either male or female and the offender may be of a different sex or the same sex as the victim. The 1973 United States Supreme Court decision, Roe v. Wade, was based on the premise that Jane Roe had been raped and should be allowed to terminate her unwanted pregnancy.
